Google to start a 3D world, about time
A new project/site called Lively has started off to enter the world of virtual reality.
A mature and known such service is a Second Life , which only allows you to login and work from their site.
Google's Lively will let you embed your little world onto your page or facebook , which should be a turning point for its exposure.
Though personally Second Life's API was hard to find and contains little information, Google Should expose their Lively API in the nearest future.
It seems that the similar technology as Google Earth for web is used in this project as well.
For all of you that do not know, Google Earth widget can now be embedded into a web page and work with their API.
