A correct way of breathing while playing tennis

Ever wonder why those tennis players make awful sound while hitting immensely fast shots? Even men whose unchangeable face from time to time does change in order to make a sound.

Why does it happen? Some players are quite loud, such as Maria Sharapova whose falceto (high voice) bothered other players or so they claim.
In short, it is a way to release the anguish built in them. After all the tennis is a very stressful game where the outcome depends totally on you.
How could you learn to do the same? It is actually good for you to release air and with it comes the sound on a heavy shot. Similar to a fitness work out, where upon lifting something heavy you would release the air from your lungs or if you are doing yoga/pilates , controlling the air flow is essential.

Releasing your anguish or rather anger while you play is essential as it allows you to focus on the game rather then current result such as a loss. Coping with an immediate loss might prevent you from focusing on the next shot. You have to be worry free for the next serve, after all you have a few to make a point.
